This publication was developed for Howden Netherlands to communicate key insights around workplace social safety and its implications for employers. The report translates complex research and risk data into a structured and accessible format designed for HR leaders, business owners, and decision-makers. Through a combination of editorial design and clear information hierarchy, the document helps employers better understand the challenges surrounding workplace safety and employee wellbeing in the Dutch context.

The main challenge was working in Dutch, a language structurally very different from my native one. Its long compound words often exceeded the limits defined by the existing brand guidelines. The goal was to maintain readability and visual balance while respecting the established layout system.
Another challenge involved translating dense research data into clear and engaging infographics that would help readers quickly understand key insights.

A flexible editorial structure was developed to better accommodate longer words without compromising the brand guidelines. Adjustments to typography, spacing, and grid structure helped maintain a consistent reading rhythm.
At the same time, the content was reorganized into clear sections to guide readers through the information progressively.

The final publication combines a structured editorial layout with custom infographics designed to simplify complex data. A consistent grid system ensures clarity across pages, while typographic adjustments support the cadence of Dutch text.
