M&A Report

The first challenge was designing a visual system capable of translating large amounts of financial data and market insights into formats that were accessible, easy to interpret, and visually engaging.

A second challenge involved redefining the creative direction of a traditionally technical subject. Topics such as M&A risk and insurance can often appear dense or overly corporate, so the goal was to create a report that felt closer to an editorial publication, using photography, color, and layout to bring energy and clarity to the content.

The project focused on building a clear editorial structure supported by a consistent system of charts, diagrams, and visual hierarchies. Content was organised into distinct thematic sections to guide readers through market context, sector analysis, and risk insights.

At the same time, photography and color were carefully curated to introduce rhythm and visual interest throughout the report.

The final publication blends structured editorial design with data visualisation, allowing complex information to be presented in a clear and engaging way. A modular grid system supports different types of content, from market commentary to detailed charts and sector breakdowns.

Photography and color accents help soften the technical nature of the subject while maintaining a professional and analytical tone.
